Anomaly Index provides digital services that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to read product descriptions or requirements
• Claims of dissatisfaction with service results

What We May Consider for Refund

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

• Service not delivered as described
• Technical issues caused by our systems
• Unauthorized purchases (fraudulent transactions caught within 14 days of purchase)

Scan Reimbursements

We may consider Scan reimbursements for:

• Technical issues caused by the user's device or internet connection that resulted in a Scan being consumed without delivering results
